2. Choose a colour scheme from the drop down menu.
3. Write a text for the enclosure card in the “Text on recipient’s card” field.
4. Specify the delivery date and any requests such as: (please include yellow roses), or (no carnations).

We only accept online orders to addresses within the city limits of Kingston, ON, Canada.
DISCLAIMERS: The pictures in our shopping section are for general guidance with regards to shape and size of the arrangement ordered. You will be prompted during the ordering process to state any special requirements regarding colour scheme or specific species of flowers you would like included if possible. We will do our best to replicate the arrangements as pictured, however flowers are a seasonal product and not all flowers are available all the time. You should also note that if you specify blooms that do not appear in the photo, that happen to be a premium cost, the arrangement may end up being smaller in size (for example: if you specify orchids instead of carnations).

Refund Policy: We at Avenue Florist stand behind our high quality, long lasting products, but every now and then things happen. If with proper care the flowers you received are noticeably failing within 24 hours we will gladly replace them (we do not give refunds). When we deliver the replacement flower order we require the original order back so we can troubleshoot the issue.
